Program Vision

To equip law students not just with legal knowledge, but with the emotional intelligence and psychological insight needed to resolve conflicts and preserve relationships. The goal is to nurture professionals who don’t just win cases—but save families.

Key Highlights

1. Ethical and Compassionate Legal Practice

  • Learn how to use the law as a restorative and constructive tool, not just for litigation.
  • Exposure to mediation, restorative justice, and pre-litigation counseling.

2. Understanding Mental Health in Legal Disputes

  • Deep dive into the psychological triggers behind family conflicts: ego clashes, communication breakdown, insecurities.
  • Training to identify and respond sensitively to the mental health needs of clients.

3. Case Study-Based Training

  • Real-life inspired cases around divorce, child custody, elder law, and domestic violence.
  • Dual-lens analysis: legal interpretation + emotional/psychological impact.

4. Counseling Techniques for Legal Professionals

  • Practical training in active listening, empathetic communication, and non-judgmental dialogue.
  • Use of storytelling, roleplay, and art facilitation to understand clients’ inner world.

5. Court Exposure and Drafting Practice

  • Experience court environment while being guided to observe emotional dynamics of clients.
  • Training in drafting petitions, affidavits, and notices with sensitivity and accuracy.

Eligibility

  • Students of BALLB or LLB (3rd year onward)
  • Special interest in Family Law, ADR, Psychology, or Social Justice

Duration & Format

  • 4 Weeks | Hybrid Mode (In-person + Online)
  • Primary Location: Jaipur
  • Select sessions available online for outstation students
