This program is designed for individuals who wish to work on themselves, build self-connection, and enhance self-awareness by improving Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Strengthening EQ helps in improving self-esteem, relationship quality, and overall mental and emotional well-being.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to understand, regulate, and express emotions effectively. EQ processes emotional information to guide our thinking and behavior.
